The first time I used the head for white/blackhead removal and meticulously following its use according to the instructions, it caused bruising on my facial skin! The marks took about a week to heal. It caused damage rather than giving benefit to my skin. I would not recommend it for people who have sensitive skin despite the products' description as okay for sensitive skin.

Doing a deep dive review because this product has changed everything for me. I waited over a month and a half to be sure that it isn't fluke, but my skin has NEVER been this good and for this long.
I dealt with bad skin for half my life, not full-blown acne, but a constant rotation of white heads and horrible painful under-the-skin cystic blind pimples. I've tried every skincare product available etc etc for 14 years with no results.
I'd always felt like my pores somehow blocked really easily, so reading about this product it made sense to try it. I don't usually go for Instagram ads but was really curious.
Although my skin got smoother after the first use, it took a week or two to start seeing proper results, ie my skin actually clearing, and I think it's important to be consistent. Now I use this religiously twice a week after a very hot steamy shower/bath to open up the pores - don't skip this part. Start on the lowest setting and work up slowly. I don't use the highest setting as it's too much for me. Be careful not to go over the same area more than once or you risk getting a small bruise.
It's hard to explain how much of a difference this has made to my life and how freeing it is not to stress about my skin. Not only do I barely get any pimples, the texture of my skin has improved, and today I went out without any makeup at all and felt confident. I do get the veery occasional pimple, but they seem smaller and go away faster, and I haven't had a single blind pimple since.
Just wanted to share this in case it helps anyone else with a similar experience (I hesitated on buying this because it seemed to be aimed more at black heads). It may be a bit pricey but for me it has been 1000% worth it. I'm not sponsored or affiliated, just very very happy with my results!!

For the amount of money I spent on the product and for it to stop working in such short space of time, what is their guarantee that the product will last me another 2 months or 10 years. Aside from the packaging, which was the least interesting, the product comes with its USB charging cable, 4 interchangeable nozzles for various treatments, 1 set of 4 pieces of gaskets, and 1 set of 4 pieces of filters. We bought it to get rid of blackheads and various skin blemishes. Amongst all the nozzles, we mainly use the one with the round metal hole since it is less aggressive. The blue LED indicates 4 suction powers. If you want an optimal result without leaving anything out, you must use power 3 or 4 with the rounded metal head. Its ease of use and effectiveness is definitely a plus. In conclusion, it's a simple, effective, and well-made product at an affordable price. It's cheaper compared to paying a visit to beauty salons. RECOMMENDED!!!

Following the Italian instructions (which the other one I bought did not have), this aspirator explained in full detail how best to clean my skin.
